I’m an executive leader focused on helping organizations create better digital products and customer experiences through strategy, collaboration, and human-centered thinking.
Over the last two decades, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and large-scale transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations, helping align business goals, technology, product strategy, and design around the needs of customers.
My work has included scaling design and customer experience practices, guiding digital transformation efforts, facilitating executive visioning initiatives, and helping teams navigate complexity through clearer strategy and shared understanding.
Today, much of my work explores how AI is reshaping digital products, customer expectations, and the future of product and design leadership. I’m particularly interested in how organizations can embrace emerging technologies while still creating experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely human.
I believe the most important challenge facing organizations today is not simply adopting new technology, but learning how to evolve teams, decision-making, and customer experiences in thoughtful and sustainable ways.
My approach combines strategic thinking, digital product leadership, design leadership, behavioral insight, and systems-level problem solving to help organizations create meaningful experiences at scale.
